New locations

Mount Uniacke is
just the beginning.

From the start the vision was simple: a better way to play. Private, premium, flexible, built around players instead of packed schedules. The response has made one thing clear — there is real demand for this across Nova Scotia.

Where we're looking

Communities on the map

We're actively exploring locations across the Halifax Regional Municipality and beyond, with the goal of putting a private premium court closer to more players.

  • Dartmouth
  • Cole Harbour
  • Bayer's Lake
  • Spryfield
  • Timberlea
  • Tantallon
  • Fall River
  • Bridgewater
  • Wolfville
  • Kentville

Each of these communities has the ingredients for a player-focused facility: growing interest in the sport, limited premium options, and people who would rather book a private hour than wait for a rotation.

What we're looking for

The right kind of space

Pickleball Cove is designed to work in commercial and light industrial buildings, which gives us flexibility as we explore.

1,800 – 5,000 sq ft

Enough room for a full court, an entry area and seating — without paying for space we do not use.

Height and access

Strong ceiling clearance, a straightforward entrance and parking that works at any hour.

Close to people

Proximity to growing residential communities, with zoning that supports recreational use.

Room to be premium

A shell we can turn into something clean, modern and deliberately elevated.

Let's connect

Own a building, or know a great space?

We're starting conversations with property owners, commercial landlords, developers and people with good local instincts. Even if you're not sure it fits, we're happy to take a look.
