Is the court really private?

Always. Pickleball Cove is a single-court facility and every booking reserves the whole thing. Only you and the people you invite will be on the court during your time. No drop-in, no rotations, no sharing.

Are you open 24 hours?

Yes. Pickleball Cove is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Early mornings, late nights, weekends — if the slot is open, it's yours.

Do I need a membership?

No. Anyone can book as a guest at $30 per court hour with no commitment. Memberships simply lower your court rate and extend how far ahead you can book.

What equipment should I bring?

Bring your own paddle and whatever gear you like to play in. We don't offer paddle rentals, so you're always playing with equipment you're comfortable with. Pickleballs are available for purchase on site.

How do I access the facility?

Book online and a secure door access code is sent to you by email. It works during your reserved time only. There's no front desk and no check-in line — walk in and play.

Can beginners play here?

Absolutely. A private court is one of the least intimidating places to learn. No one is waiting on the sideline, no one is rotating in, and you can take as long as you want on a rally.

How do I reserve a court?

All reservations are made online through our booking system. The calendar only shows genuinely available times, so what you see is what's open.

How far in advance can I book?

Guests can book up to 7 days ahead. Premium members book up to 15 days ahead and Pro members up to 30 days ahead.

Can I book multiple hours at once?

Yes. Book two, three or four consecutive hours if they're available. Longer sessions are ideal for extended play, drills or small group matches.

Can I change or cancel a reservation?

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking are refunded. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. All changes are made through the online booking system.

Is there parking?

Yes. We're in the Uniacke Business Park with plenty of free parking right outside the door and no downtown congestion.

Can I bring music?

Please do. The court is yours, so bring the tunes and hype up the rallies. Just be a good neighbour and keep the volume at a respectful level for the rest of the building.

Is the facility monitored?

We use active security cameras inside and outside the building for safety and accountability, while keeping the playing experience private and respectful.

What is the court surface?

A premium cushioned VersaCourt modular surface installed over concrete. It's designed for shock absorption, consistent ball response and good traction — noticeably more forgiving than painted concrete or a gym floor.

Do you rent paddles?

No. To keep the quality of the space consistent we don't offer rental paddles. Bring your own, and grab pickleballs on site if you need them.

Can I buy pickleballs there?

Yes. Premium pickleballs are available for purchase on site.

What do Premium members get?

Premium is $24 per month or $264 per year, drops your court rate to $20 per hour and lets you book up to 15 days ahead. Memberships are limited.

Pro is $48 per month or $528 per year, designed for two people. It unlocks our lowest rate of $15 per court hour, 30-day advance booking and a private locker inside the facility. Memberships are limited.

Yes. Paying annually works out to roughly one month free compared with paying monthly.

Are there limits on how often members can book?

No. Memberships allow unlimited bookings each month, subject to availability. Higher tiers simply get a longer booking window to lock in preferred times.

Is Pickleball Cove good for serious practice?

Very. Consistent conditions, no interruptions and a premium surface make it well suited to focused drills, training and competitive play.

Is there an age limit?

There's no strict age limit. All players must follow facility rules and complete a digital waiver before playing.
